Why We Love Farm to ECE “The Farm to ECE movement benefited our facility by increasing the children’s access to local and nutritious foods, influencing the children to develop healthy eating habits, educating the children about local food sources (visiting the local Farmers Market) and local agriculture, and using gardening to offer opportunities to experience healthy foods from seed to table along with all the other experiences it brings.”
