Once you have taken your self-assessments, achieved a score of “Leading the Way!” and gathered your documentation, it’s time to apply and submit your documentation.

Getting Started

• Complete the online application at this link.
  • Take a look at this copy beforehand, to make sure you have all of the information you need.
• After you complete the online application, e-mail your documentation to reachrecognition@gmail.com.

• Work toward a score of “Leading the Way”.
• Gather documentation that shows your strengths in each content area.
• Apply for the recognition and e-mail us your documentation.
