Why We Love Farm to ECE “Excitement grows as our gardens grow! All staff have become much more focused on gardening and nutrition. We have shared information with families and they are excited and helpful in our gardens. Teachers include this information in their lesson plans and family news letters. Children can’t wait to get outside to work in the gardens. Through all of the excitement and wonders of things growing, the nutrition offered by the school continues to improve by eating fresh and buying local.”
